Please be assured that all our carriers are following the government’s advice and guidelines and that everyone’s safety is our priority.

There is currently no impact on our delivery services; however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures implemented to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA WITH A TRACKING NUMBER BETWEEN 2 TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CONTACT@USTAMS.COM with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
